I am receiving a request for an availability change, but i don't see the notification on my dashboard

When an employee submits an availability change / request both crew type employee and manager will have a notification on their dashboards; in this case if it's not displaying for you there may be a need to access your account and look into it which requires for you to contact us via support ticket or live chat,  We'll be glad to help.
