Do my employees have to request days off themselves, or can I do that for them?

It is common for the employees to request time off through the mobile application however, managers are able to do it. They can do it by selecting a day on the schedule pad for that employee, then at the top right of the schedule box select the Need to request time off? link, this will change the box and your managers can select the day(s) and time(s) the employee needs off.
