The way the video shows it its not showing on my system, and the pos pull is only pulling data since i set it up so i want to import older data so i can use it right away. Thanks

Hello,
You can upload past sales data by login into Zip Forecast then click on the wrench icon at the top right of the screen and choose import CSV. You will see a yellow sample button in the middle of the screen. Click that and you will receive a blank CSV file with headings and times. Do not remove any of the headings and just fill in the required information. Once you are done save your file and drag it to the upload box. If it does not go in please email us at customersuccess@altametrics.com and include your account owners email address, a copy of the CSV sheet and a description of the issue. Also I would like to mention that in order for Zip Forecast to function properly, the system only requires 4 weeks of data. Anything over that is for your knowledge.
