Can't find how to add position names

I saw the answer on how do I delete of edit a position but when I click on the gear my only option is site settings.

To add position names login to your account, select the Zip Schedules App, then, click on the gear icon located on the top right of the page and select App Settings; next, select Positions, click on Add and enter the position name you would like to add; you may also select a color for the position, this can be a very helpful visual indicator for positions when you are creating your schedule.

There is no option for App Settings in the menu when I click the gear icon.  I see Site Settings and Notification Preferences.
