schedule by department

When creating the schedule, can I just see a certain department's employees or do I have to have entire organization?  and if so how ?

If you got to App Settings > Scheduling settings you can flip the switch to YES to enable departments. You can than add any department you want in App Settings and assign positions that belong to each department.
Now when you are on the schedule their will be a department filter at the top that you can use. When you select a department employees for other departments will still show but their shifts will be dimmed out.
We are in the process of enhancing our filter capability so that when a department is selected all employees that don't belong to that department will not be shown.
