We use notes for employees (such as reminders, training notes). There are times when we need to go back to see these notes. The notes option is no longer available once the date has passed. Is there a way to see these notes?

Hello,
To view past notes you can run the "Notes and Broadcast Report." You will be able to see all Broadcasted messages and Manager notes you have added in the time range you select while running the report. At this time there is not a way to view past notes that have been added to a shift.
