How do I upload employees?

I used the steps described on the site to upload my employees and used the sample file to add all employees and edit their information. I click next and all employees are shown in a list format online and then the page stays on a swirling sundial thing and will not go past that. It will remain on this screen for various minutes until it kicks me off and back to the list where I can go no further and no employees have been updated.

It has done this to me 4 times already.


Help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are having issues with the CSV upload process please email us at Please include a copy of the upload sheet you are using, the accounts owner login email address and a description of the issue. We will review your CSV to make sure everything is correct and we will be able to assist in the upload.
