Is there a way to copy not last week's schedule, but, say, the schedule from 2 weeks ago?

The schedule from 2 weeks ago is very close to what I need for next week. Can I copy it, or can I only copy last week's schedule?

Hello,
Yes! You can easily copy a schedule from any week by clicking the Wrench icon on the top right corner of the schedule pad, right next to the "Add Employee" and "Publish" buttons. Then select Copy Shifts from the dropdown, and pick a day in the week you would like to copy from. This can be two weeks ago, a month ago, or several months ago as long as there are schedules in that week.

You can pick any day in that week after your "start of week" day (for example, Monday) which you selected when creating your organization and it will automatically copy the entire week.

Additionally you can perform the same action for a single employee by clicking the employee cell column along the left side of the schedule pad, and clicking "Copy Shifts". Again, just select any day in the desired week to copy from.

Finally, if there are any shifts assigned to an employee who has since left the organization then their shifts will automatically be pushed to the "Unassigned Shifts" row, where you can offer them to other team members as needed.

Hope this helps! Feel free to email customersuccess@altametrics.com if you need any further assistance.
