What does TS mean underneath a clock in time?

When clocking in, on some of my employees it has the clock in time they are clocking in and on some of my employees (managers) it has TS and a time. For example

Karen Sadauskas: 9:00P.M. - 1:00PM bu

TS: 4:17PM- TS:4:17PM.

Can you please inform me on what TS means :)
