Why can't I make myself an administrator?
asked Dec 13, 2016 in Zip Schedules by Joe
I am the medical director who set up a 30 day zip schedules trial. I will be in charge of making the schedule in our practice. Why can't I make myself an administrator? Each time I try I get the " owner cannot be an administrator"

Thanks
Joe

Hi Joe,
Thank you for your question, since you are the one that signed up for the trial you are considered the Owner, which means you can not also be an admin. This is because the Owner and Admin roles both have the same access level, the Admin role is in the application for a Co Owner position, or for larger companies to put in district manager positions.

so, you're saying the owner is basically both, owner/admin ?

So, since i am the owner, can i make other employees administrators or managers? I am my partner physician to be an administrator along with my non-clinical office manager.
